Apple Barn Orchard and Winery, operated by Steve and Judy Jacobson, is a sixth-generation family farm since 1948. We offer pick-your-own strawberries, apples and pumpkins. Welcome to Cedar Bend Family Farm. We are located 8 miles north of Elkhorn and 12 miles south of Whitewater on US Highways 12 and 67. We are in the area of Lauderdale Lakes and Kettle Morraine bike and hiking trails. Our roadside stand opens on our farm when we harvest our first delicious sweet corn in mid-late July. We are then open daily to sell our seasonal, home grown produce. We are open the rest of the summer and into the fall when we offer pumpkins and other fall items.

ECS raises Suri Alpacas, an alternative and easy-to-manage livestock. Alpacas are environmentally friendly with a community dung pile. They have soft padded feet and graze without tearing out the grass. Alpaca fiber is soft as cashmere and warmer/lighter than wool.
