Established in 1995. We raise and sell tender and tasy Kay's Purely Pastured beef on our 90-acre family farm just north of historic Cedarburg. We package Kay's Purely Pastured beef in one cubic-foot convenience packs of meat-case style cuts, described on our website. It is all-natural, raised entirely on summer pasture and winter alfalfa hay, with no processed feed, no grain and no artificial hormones. It is cut and packaged nearby at a small, family operated Wisconsin inspected plant.

We offer a full line of fresh meats as well as smoked sausages and jerky. Our elk are fed with feed we raise and are hormone, antibiotic, and pesticide free. Call ahead for farm visit, or see us at the Grafton and Port Washington Farmers' Markets. We sell to the Schooner Pub in Port Washington, the Ghost Town Tavern in Grafton, and The Riverview Inn in Saukville.

Nieman Orchards' "old red barn" is an apaple orchard with 40 different varieties of apples for you to sample. You can buy them already picked out of our apple barn, or take a wagon ride into the orchard and have the fun of picking them yourself. Homemade caramel apples, cider, pumpkins, swee corn, and lots more await your visit. We're open every day all fall and winter. Located on Pioneer Road in the town of Cedarburg just 1-1/2 miles west of Wauwatosa Road or 1/2 mile east of Granville Road.

R-Farm is a diversified family farm that offers a variety of naturally raised meats. We employ sustainable and biological practices in growing feed for the animals. All feed is blended on farm to assure the animals receive no antibiotics or hormones. Cattle and poultry are rotationally grazed during the growing season for the benefits of a grass based diet. Beef, pork, pastured chickens, and pastured turkeys are offered in quantities manageable for our customers. Pasture raised eggs are also available at our on-farm store that is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hay and straw are also available in small square bales. Tours of the farm are available but need to be arranged in advance.

Witte's Vegetable Farm is located 2-1/2 miles west of Cedarburg on Bridge Road. We operate an on-farm stand. All that we seed, plant and cultivate is available for customers to see and enjoy. This is a family run farm with an emphasis on high quality, clean produce. Witte's is open from May through October with regular hours starting July 5th.
