Our practices are to farm responsibly and, as we call it, live lightly on the earth. We are a sustainable and environmentally responsible farm. Using natural methods, we grow a large variety of vegetables, fruits, and herbs, many being heirloom varieties. We offer our produce through CSA and restaurant sales. On-farm events and worker shares are available to our CSA members.

Family owned and operated, HighCross Farm is located on a river in the northern Kettle Moraine. CSA members receive our wholesome organically grown produce, which has won blue ribbons at the Fond du Lac County Fair. We offer farm pick-up as well as delivery to a six county area. Beautiful colored fleeces and sheepkins are provided from our flock of registered Shetland sheep. We also offer farm and nature school tours by appointment.

Sonday Produce, is a MOSA Certified Organic Century Family farm raising organic pastured chickens. We operate the only certified organic, state inspected poultry prcessing plant in Wisconsin using a kosher processing method to provide the highest quality chicken available. We custom provide all cuts of chicken: wholes, halves, quarters, legs, wings, boneless breast, and ground chicken. Our chicken is vacuum sealed, then frozen for the freshest, cleanest product available. We deliver and ship out. Call 866-728-5754. Sonday Produce is located three miles west of Waupaca at the northwest intersection of Highway Q and Highwway 54, and one half mile north of Highway 10 off Pavelski Road in Amherst Junction. We welcome tours of our farmand processing plant, please call in advance. Sonday Produce operates a delivery route to several Wisconsin markets, call for pricing and availability.
