Prairie Hill Farms offers grass-fed beef and lamb along with pastured poultry and eggs. Our Murray Grey cattle produce tender, great-tasting beef on a diet of pasture and hay with no grain. All animals are raised in a stress-free environment without hormones or maintenance antibiotics. We offer a convenient 25-pound beef assortment pack as well as halves and quarters, and some individual cuts. Our pastured chickens are available frozen in summer and fall. We also sell locally produced unpasteurized honey.
