Welcome to one of Wisconsin's premier bison farms. Olson's Bison Farm is located in scenic Southeast Wisconsin on the banks of the turbulent Jackson Creek. We are a 100% grass-fed operation, and use no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides or commercial fertilizer. Our buffalo meat is marketed directly to customers through an on-farm store. A variety of buffalo products are available in our store including steaks, roasts, burger, brats, hot dogs and buffalo chips to name a few. Don't hesitate to call or stop by the ranch.
