2010 is year four for LotFotL at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute. We run a 26-week Certified Organic CSA program, focusing on a highly varied experience of seasonal food. 80 plus items make it into 3/4 bushel shares from May into November. In addition, we sell produce, grass fed beef, and fruit to both restaurants and civilians. Worker shares make up the backbone of our labor force. Give a call to come visit.
