Lester’s Bison Farm has been providing local residents and restaurants with American bison (buffalo) meat since 1973. Our award-winning herd is raised on all green pastures, which consist of timothy, clover and alfalfa. We offer a large range of bison products, including bison burgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, jerky, filet mignon, rib eye, sirloin and New York strip steaks. New in 2010 – we now offer high-end pork raised on our own farm as well as free-range chicken, smoked turkey and Christmas goose. Nitrite-free bratwurst and bacon, ribs, and loin chops.
