Widmer’s Cheese Cellars is a small, family-owned cheese factory started in 1922 by Swiss immigrant John O. Widmer. Widmer’s currently manufactures Brick, Colby and Cheddar. All our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality. We have a retail store in our plant with over 70 varieties of cheese and sausage. Also available is a picture tour. Widmer’s is located about 50 miles north of Milwaukee. From Highway 175 in Theresa, follow the signs to Widmer’s.

Bay View Farm raises registered and commercial Boer goats to be sold for breeding stock or meat. We breed large framed goats with estblished genetics that consistently reproduce the same quality. Donna's Organic Gardens, LLC, is located 10 miles west of Hartford or 1 mile east of Hustisford on Highway 60. The farm is south of Highway 60 on Highway EE. Sales are at both the gray house and gray barn locations. Certified organic with Global Organic Alliance and pasture raised Piedmontese beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, eggs, along with strawberries, raspberries and potatoes. Also available year round is Wild Alaska Salmon and pure-bred icelandic wool.
