Full Harvest Farm, LLC grows certified organic vegetables,
fruit, and herbs. Our CSA members enjoy 20 weeks of
mouth-watering, seasonal produce like strawberries, melons,
sweet corn, broccoli, beans and tomatoes. We offer both
couple and family shares, with pickup sites in Hartland,
Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, and on the

Our certified organic family orchard grows unusual varieties
of pears and apples. The delicious flavor and quality of our
Future Fruit is sought after. Our farm also produces organic
pear cider and organic pear and apple butters using our own
fruit and home kitchen recipes. You can find our organic
fruit and butters at fine stores and restaurants locally and
at Madison Farmers' Markets. 2008 marks the fifth year of our
Future Fruit Farm Organic Fruit CSA.

Family owned and operated, HighCross Farm is located on a
river in the northern Kettle Moraine. CSA members receive our
wholesome organically grown produce, which has won blue
ribbons at the Fond du Lac County Fair. We offer farm pick-up
as well as delivery to a six county area. Beautiful colored
fleeces and sheepkins are provided from our flock of
registered Shetland sheep. We also offer farm and nature

Pinehold Gardens is a 160-member CSA and market garden
providing vegetables, herbs and flowers in a bio-sustaining
way. Within the metropolitan area of Milwaukee, Pinehold
Gardens' 21 acres are within easy access of Racine and
Milwaukee customers. Driven by the taste of our produce, we
offer many heirloom varieties in addition to time-tested
hybrids. Besides serving our CSA members, we sell our produce
at the South Shore Farmers' Market in Bay View and to area
restaurants. We host a number of on-farm CSA events,
including our fall open house, as well as Braise Culinary
School classes and other special events.

A wide assortment of vegetables and fruits delivered weekly
from mid-June until late November. Maple syrup and honey
included with a subscription. Free-range eggs are offered for
an additional cost. Pick-up sites located in Kenosha,

counties. On-farm seasonal activities: salsa-making party and

Ruegsegger Farms hae been delivering grassfed meats and
poultry products to southeastern Wisconsin since 2003. We
offer free home delivery, and are available at various
farmers' markets. We use NO hormones, antibiotics, chemicals,

Wellspring has been a CSA since 1988 and certified organic
since 2002. Wellspring trains future farmers through its
8-month intern program. Organic vegetables, herbs and some
fruit are grown on 6 acres just north of Newburg. Wellspring
is also a Bed and Breakfast, an International Hostel and a
Retreat/Conference Center nestled in a beautiful Kettle

Wholesome Harvest is a diverse produce farm offering a wide

Yuppie Hill Poultry strives to provide you with the best
"Fresh from the farm to your table!" Both broilers and hens
are naturally raised, all vegetarian fed and Omega-3 enhanced
eggs. Birds are all cage free with no antibiotics or hormones
used. Weather permitting, the birds have access to the
outdoors and when the weather doesnít permit, the birds
receive plenty of natural sunlight. Our products range from
whole birds to special cuts to a variety of sausage and
ground meat. Only brown eggs are produced. Please call ahead
